Room 1: Camelia

Our Camelia Room (#1) is the closest room to the main house.  It features a king bed with a fabulous mattress, private bath with Italian marble walk in shower, individual thermostat, blackout shades, sound resistant window, additional seating, and added sound proofing in the walls between the main house.

Room 2: Magnolia

The Magnolia Room (#2) is our largest hotel room and is located two doors down from the main house.  It overlooks the courtyard and pool.  It features a wonderful king size bed, black-out shades, sound resistant windows, and icy cold a/c.  Though this is a historic property and we have limitations on modifications that would make Magnolia an ADA compliant guest room, many of our guests who need an ADA compliant room have stayed in Magnolia and have commented that it works for them.  There is a 6" step-up into the shower and the door to the room and bathroom both seem to accommodate wheel chairs.

Room 3: Azalea

The Azalea Room (#3) is Brandon's favorite. It's the only room with a foyer and has elegant, deep blue walls. It features a king bed with a fabulous mattress, Queen Anne chair for sitting, large flat screen TV that features movies, drapes with black out shades, sound-resistant window, individual thermostat, walk-in Italian marble shower, and dressing table in the bathroom. It's just a few doors down from the main house on the first floor of the guest wing, and it overlooks the central courtyard and pool.

Room 4: Dogwood

The Dogwood Room (#4) is our only room with a queen size bed. Like the Azalea Room next door, it features deep blue walls, a beautiful chandelier hanging from an exceptionally high ceiling, sitting chair, dual bedside tables, sound resistant window, flat screen TV with movies, individual thermostat, and bathroom featuring an Italian marble walk-in shower. This is the fourth room down from the main house, and it overlooks the central courtyard and pool.

Room 5: Gardenia

The Gardenia Room (#5) is our most popular, and is Jim's favorite, probably because it was his idea to build it. It's also our most popular room due to its private deck, which is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. It's located down a private hall from the other rooms and features a wonderful king size bed with a fabulous mattress, black out drapes, independent thermostat, walk-in Italian marble shower, and flat screen TV with movies. This is the closest thing we have to a honeymoon suite, and it's quite private.

Room 6: Honeysuckle

Our second largest room, Honeysuckle (#6), is located on the first floor of building 3. Like all of our rooms, it overlooks the courtyard and pool and has views of the forest out the back window. It features a tub with shower (perfect for soaking), wonderful king size bed, black out shades, independent air, and flat screen TV with movies.

Room 7: Hydrangea

Room #7 is our Hydrangea room, named after the two hundred hydrangea plants that Brandon scattered around the property. It features two full size beds with extremely comfortable mattresses, two benches for sitting, independent air, flat screen TV with movies, and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. It overlooks the courtyard and pool, and has an oversized window on the back wall overlooking the forest.

Room 8: Wisteria

Our second most popular room is Wisteria (#8), probably because it has two wonderful queen size beds, which are perfect for friends traveling together. It has a glass enclosed walk-in shower, flat screen TV, independent air, and overlooks the central courtyard and pool. It also has an oversized rear window which overlooks the forest.

Room 9: Tea Olive

The Tea Olive Room (#9) is named after one of the most beautiful smelling blooms of all times and the dozens of plants Brandon planted around the property. It features an Italian marble walk-in shower, king size bed with incredible mattress, multiple seating areas, a makeup table, independent air, a flat screen TV with movies, and overlooks the central courtyard and pool. The rear window overlooks the forest. Access to this floor requires climbing a single staircase, and there is no elevator.

Room 10: Hibiscus

The Hibiscus Room (#10) is on the second floor of building 3, which overlooks the central courtyard and pool.  It features a king size bed with amazing mattress, blackout drapes, independent air, multiple seating areas, a glass enclosed walk-in shower, and flat screen TV with movies.  This room requires navigating a single flight of stairs.

Room 11: Iris

The Iris Room (#11) is located on the second floor of building 3 and overlooks the pool, central courtyard, and forest. It features a four post king size bed (complete with two step stools), multiple seating areas, independent air, blackout shades, flat screen TV with movies, and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. This room requires navigating a single flight of stairs.
