Our Policies

Reservations:  For best rates, book directly with us via this website.  You may also call us at 225-635-6502 .   You may also book rooms via Booking.com, though our policies are more restrictive and rates higher when using this site.

Pet Policy: Certified seeing eye dogs are allowed.  Others service & comfort animals are not allowed.

Room Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at time of booking. The balance is due at time of check-in.

Cancellations: Cancellations 8 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $50 per room cancellation fee.  The balance of the deposit is refunded to the same credit card on file used to create the reservation.   Cancellations received 7 or fewer days before the scheduled arrival date will result in any on-hand deposit becoming an in-house credit which is valid for the guest to use for a period of one year from the arrival date.  A cancellation fee is not charged in this case, and the funds may be used anywhere on property, including the restaurant and bar.

Tobacco Usage: Without exception, we are a tobacco & vape free property.  Smoking & vaping are allowed in the adjacent park.

Check-in/out: Check-ins begin at 3 PM.  For late arrival, please call ahead and we will text room and gate codes to you in advance.   Check-out is 11 a.m.

Payment: We accept Visa, M/C, AMEX, & Discover.  Personal checks are not accepted.

Room Charges:  Restaurant & bar charges may be charged to your room.  Room service is also available.  A 20% gratuity is automatically added.

Coolers & Ice Chests:  Unless prior consent from management, coolers & ice chests are not allowed in guest rooms.  Any evidence of coolers & chests will result in immediate expulsion from the property without a refund.
