Our Policies

Pet Policy: all rooms are hypo-allergenic.  No pets allowed except for certified seeing eye dogs

Cancellation: 7 days or more before arrival, full refund less $50 cancellation fee.  Within 7 days of arrival, your stay may be re-scheduled any time during the following 12 months.  If the date you wish to use is more expensive, the guest will be responsible for the difference.

Smoking: Without exception, we are a no smoking property, including e-cigarettes.

Check-in/out: Check-in 3 PM -9 PM.  For late arrival, please call ahead. Check-out is 11 a.m.

Payment: We accept Visa, M/C, AMEX, & Discover.  A 50% is taken at the time the room is reserved. Remaining balance is due at check-in.  Inn may charge the credit card on file within the 7 day arrival period unless prior arrangements are made.  Restaurant purchases may be added to your hotel tab.   A 20% gratuity will be added.

Reservations: Reservations may be made several ways – Directly with us via this website or at 800-488-6502 (best rates & policies).   You may also book rooms via Booking.com and Expedia.com, though our policies are more restrictive and rates higher when using these sites.
