Reservations:  For best rates, book directly with us via this website.  You may also call us at 225-635-6502 .

Pet Policy: Certified seeing eye dogs are allowed.  Others service & comfort animals are not allowed.

Cell Phone usage: Cell phones may not be used inside the inn, in the courtyard, or around the pool.  You are welcome to take pictures if you wish.  You may use your phone in your room or on the front porch, provided you do not disturb other guests.

Room Deposit: A deposit equal to half night’s stay is required upon booking.  If you book within the 7 days of your scheduled arrival, we will charged the full value of the reservation.

Cancellations: Cancellations 8 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $50 per room cancellation fee.  The balance of the deposit is refunded to the same credit card on file used to create the reservation.   Cancellations received 7 or fewer days before the scheduled arrival date will result in any on-hand deposit becoming an in-house credit which is valid for the guest to use for a period of one year from the arrival date.  A cancellation fee is not charged in this case, and the funds may be used anywhere on property, including the restaurant and bar.

Tobacco Usage: Without exception, we are a tobacco & vape free property.  Smoking & vaping are allowed in the adjacent park.  Use of tobacco/vape products in rooms will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Check-in/out: Check-ins begin at 3 PM.  The door code for your room will be texted to you prior to your arrival.  Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after closing time so we can send you the gate code for entry.   Check-out is 11 a.m.

Payment: We accept Visa, M/C, AMEX, & Discover.  Personal checks are not accepted.

Room Charges:  Restaurant & bar charges may be charged to your room.  Room service is also available.  A 20% gratuity is automatically added.

Coolers & Ice Chests:  Unless prior consent from management, coolers & ice chests are not allowed in guest rooms.  Any evidence of coolers & chests will result in immediate expulsion from the property without a refund.
