Children’s Summer Art Classes at South Live Oak Elementary

This summer, kids will have the chance to exercise their artistic abilities while learning the elements of art and the principles of design from instructor Kerry Curtin at South Live Oak Elementary School. Using summer as their subject matter, the children will work with pencils, charcoal, watercolor, and pastels during this four-day summer camp. For students in grades 2–6. Happy’s Running Club

After disbanding for a while this year due to COVID, Happy's running club is back in action, ready to tear through the streets of Downtown Baton Rouge. Choose between distances of 5,000 meters or just over three miles, whichever you prefer. During daylight savings time, live music makes for a lively post-run reward.
