Workshop: Written and Spoken Word through COVID and Beyond

Join artist, author, and retired pastor Darlene A. Moore for a workshop and discussion on the words and writings that have inspired and helped sustain us through the challenges of the last few years. There will be time for writing, as well as presentations to share writing via spoken word. The program is open to adult writers, as well as middle school and high school students.

Moore’s work is featured in the exhibition Ron’s Retro: Honoring Ronald Kennedy with Local Black Artists, on exhibit through March 19. 2:30 pm. Free. westbatonrougemuseum.org.
