Dreams Come True Louisiana takes over the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, bringing a competitive spirit to all things South Louisiana—cook-offs for jambalaya and cracklin’s, cornhole and a classic car show, contests for crawfish boiling and crawfish eating.
