Scene Study for Adults Class

Learn the complex art of performing scenes, from analyzing a script to developing a complex character to making bold choices utilizing your own artistic voice. Participants will rehearse and perform scenes in pairs, learning to exchange energy on stage with a “give and take” approach, with a goal of enhancing ability to rehearse and give a complex and dynamic performance at the end of the four-week course. The class will be taught by veteran of the stage in Louisiana and Georgia Roger Ferrier. The class costs $200, is for those age sixteen and up, and meets every Monday and Friday from 6 pm until 8 pm for four weeks until March 11. theatrebr.org/education-at-tbr to register or find more information.
