The East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners Association has partnered with the East Baton Rouge Parish Libraries to offer free educational talks and workshops on various gardening topics.
May 11: Kerry Hawkins on Soil and Bob Clary on Edible Plants; 5:30 pm at the Central Library.
May 25: Mark Mese on Bromeliads; 6:30 pm at the Bluebonnet Library.
June 8: Joyce Ryder on Succulents and Angie Wall on House Plants; 6:30 pm at the Zachary Library.
June 22: Kitty Bull on building Fairy Gardens and Carol Paine on Pollinators; 6:30 pm at Jones Creek Library.
September 14: Kathy Morris on Trees & Shrubs and Susan Teddlie on School Gardens; 6:30 pm at Main Library.
September 28: Kathy Conerly on Cool Weather Plants and Kerry Hawkins on Raised Beds & Bags; 5:30 pm at the Fairwood Library.
October 12: Cheri Fasy & Other Master Gardeners; 5:30 pm at Central Library.
