“Iconic JFK Moments Through the Lens of Jacques Lowe” at the Old State Capitol

Photographer Jaques Lowe captured over 40,000 images of John F. Kennedy and his family, serving as Kennedy’s Official Campaign Photographer, and photographing Kennedy’s tenure in the White House despite declining the position of White House Photographer. The Old State Capitol is hosting an exhibition of Lowe’s beautifully-restored photographs to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of the young president’s untimely death.

On November 14 at 5:30 pm, the Old State Capitol will host a talk with photographer Cecil J. Williams, who also photographed the Kennedy family, as well as the Civil Rights Movement.
