Hatch Chile Month at Curbside Burgers

The state of New Mexico may lay claim to the delicious Hatch green chile—but that doesn’t mean that Louisiana can’t celebrate and enjoy the flavorful peppers when they’re in season, too. Curbside Burgers is bringing the chile craze to Baton Rouge through the month of September, when they’ll be offering the “John Denver 2.0″—an update to the crowd-pleasing “John Denver,” this time featuring two smash burger patties with white American cheese, housemade garlic green chile mayo, and roasted green chiles.
