“Art & Addiction: The Art of Ben Peabody”

Baton Rouge artist Ben Peabody has translated his personal journey from addiction through recovery into a series of paintings titled Art & Addiction. Using a captivating carnival-reminiscent motif, Peabody’s forty-piece series illustrates the invisible but firm hold substances like drugs and alcohol can have on a person—and now, that series will be on display at the West Baton Rouge Museum.
