“A Taste of Summer” Taste Fair and Silent Auction

Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lakeland is hosting its annual Tasting Fair and Silent Auction. The evening will feature samples of home cooking ranging from barbecue pork ribs, to crawfish jambalaya, to pork stew and fried chicken (plus much more, including a surprise from Jarreau’s Restaurant). Items guests can bid on in the silent auction include a family portrait session, an overnight stay at Paragon Casino, a fire pit, and much more. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, where 50% of the proceeds will contribute to the Church’s AC/heater repairs (the other 50% goes to the winner). 5:30 pm–10 pm. $25, $5 for a raffle ticket.
