The St. Francisville Inn offers three ways to make your reservation easy.
1) By Telephone: Call +1.800.488.6502 - ask for availability - make room reservation by giving; Name, credit card number, expiration date & security code, telephone number and email address or mailing address (if time permitted) *Confirmation info see below.
2) By Fax: Call +1.225.635.6421 - make sure to add your name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, number of rooms, number of people, type of room, number of nights, arrival night, telephone number and email address or mailing address or fax number. (printable fax form coming)
3) Online: Use our online reservation system to book your reservation. Please remember that this is only considered a request until we verify if the room is available. At that time a confirmation is sent to you. Note: Once you place an order a copy of your resquest is automaticaly sent back to you - less credit card information. This is not a confirmation. If your request can be satisfied a confirmation will be sent. If we can not accommodate your request an email will be sent to you stating so. If you would like to try another date or accept another bed room type, just email back, no need to reorder. We will hold your info for a short time.

Confirmations are usually emailed or mailed the same day (email is checked 8am & 9pm and sometimes several times in-between. The confirmation should be received the same day or following morning.
All reservations made online are made on a request basis until a guaranteed confirmation is emailed back to you. With only ten guest rooms with 4 different types of rooms, availability is always a question. Please do NOT assume you have a room reservation until a response is received (Must read "Confirmation" in the subject line), which should be the same day or night.
PLEASE READ YOUR CONFIRMATION CLOSELY. At times mistakes can be made. If you find a problem with your confirmation, please contact us immediately. It is easier to correct the problem the sooner we get your response.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel any portion of your stay, please notify 48 hours before check-in (which means by noon 2 days before). If you do not, a one night deposit will be forfieted.
A $5 per room per night handling charge will be charged for any rescheduling or cancellations - this is a handling fee.
