St. Francisville's residents love their festivals which go on all year, some of which are listed below. Many others can be found on the St Francisville Festival website with more detail information. Some favorites not listed are Yellow-Leaf Art Show, Vibes in the Ville and Heritage in the Hills.
Several events take place in Parker Park which is adjacent to the St. Francisville Inn.
A Walk in the Park
Browse through craft vendors featuring locally made items including jewelry, clothing, art, home decor, food, and much more. There will be two food vendors on site offering a wide range of tasty treats. Held in March.
The third weekend of March each year. The Annual Spring Pilgrimage is dedicated to the memory of John James Audubon, who set himself the task of painting all the birds in America. Package Tours included: public and private historic homes opened for tours, vintage dancers, rural homestead and many other festival events by the West Feliciana Parish Historical Society.
Angola Rodeo & Craft Fair
Annual event held Saturday and Sunday on the third weekend in April. Angola State Prison opens its doors for visitors to experience what a prison rodeo is like. Popularity of the rodeo increases every year. A prison wood & craft shop sale is held in conjunction with the rodeo.

Walker Percy Weekend
Good food, craft beer and bourbon, live music and a great time talking about books and Southern Culture under the live oaks: That's what the fourth annual Walker Percy Weekend has to offer when it returns to celebrate the acclaimed novelist's life and work, June 1-3, 2018 in St. Francisville, Louisiana. Day the War Stopped
Held during the Summer - For a brief moment in 1863, the civil war stopped in the St Francisville for a burial of Lt. Commander John E. Hart, commander of the federal gunboat Albatross. In commemoration of this unique event in history: a re-enactment of the burial, a play by local performers and other activities are scheduled.
Feliciana Hummingbird Celebration
Held early September each year. Promotes the unique breeding habitat found in the St. Francisville area. The event offers an opportunity to observe hummingbirds up close as they are banded at two private homes in the St. Francisville area on Saturday. Hummingbird-friendly plants will also be available for sale.
"Exploring Southern Gardens"
Southern Garden Symposium & Workshop - The Southern Garden Symposium seeks to preserve and commemorate gardening of the deep South through lectures, workshops and a tour of historic Afton Villa gardens. The Symposium funds a major scholarship in the School of Landscape Architecture, L.S.U.

Yellow Leaf Art Festival
Each year in October - You will find over 55 artists and craftspeople showing and selling their creations, great live music, activities for children and farmers with home-grown, all nestled in the friendly, relaxed, authentic, small town quaintness that is St. Francisville. You really don’t want to miss this!
Christmas in the Country
Annual event held on the first full weekend in December. Celebrate St Francisville's Christmas Festival where the historic district is illuminated in tiny white lights. Some of the activities include; a live nativity, vintage dancers, strolling & gospel choirs, and of course children Christmas parade.
Library Tour of Homes
Annual West Feliciana Friends of the Library Tour of Homes will be held Sunday between noon and 5 pm during Christmas in the Country. The homes are located in St Francisville, La. and surrounding countryside.
